Machinist **Tanjung Pelepas - Malaysia** **Job summary** Executing the machining operation as per routing • Machined the part as per engineering drawing • Perform dimension inspection **Roles and Responsibilities** Interpret engineering drawing and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) • Execute the machining operation as per routing • Machine the part as per engineering drawing • Operate CNC machine • Monitor machining parameter and feedback to programmer if necessary • Perform dimension inspection • Perform fixture, tool and part set up • Maintain the good housekeeping at workplace • Report all daily activities via MII Systems • Wearing required PPE while doing the work • Comply to all HSSE requirement • Provide assistance to superior whenever required • Ensure compliance to all health, safety and environment policies **Experience** • Minimum 3 years hand on experience in operating CNC milling/turning machine Education: • Diploma/Trade Certificate in Metal or Precision Engineering **Preferred Skills/Competencies** Able to perform set up operation on CNC machine. • Able to Interpret CNC program • Communicate and understand English language • Able to work shift •Experience with Siemens, Fanuc and Mazatrol CNC controller •Forklift driving • Experience in operating electric pallet truck • Computer literate: Autocad, CAM software
