Design the tools of the future
As a Machinist, you will be responsible for creating products using manual and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining techniques. You will be working in an innovative facility with state-of-the-art technology in an incredible location. You will have the opportunity to hone your skills while developing and mastering new ones.
As a Machinist, you will be responsible for:
Having the flexibility to adjust to dynamic business prioritiesUnderstanding and utilizing precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers, ensuring products meet specifications on mechanical drawingsUtilizing planning and production systems, such as SAP, to understand priorities manage workloadsUnderstanding basic G-Code in conjunction with the operation of a CNC Lathe or MillDemonstrating an understanding of machine and mechanical tolerancing.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school or educational institution with 1+ years of experience as a Machinist or with Machining education.Have intermediate or better experience operating machining equipment and precision measuring tools such as mills, lathes, punch presses, saws, grinders, ring gauges, and micrometers.Have Geometric, Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) experienceUnderstand basic concepts of algebra and geometryHave the ability to work from mechanical drawings and datasheets.Show mechanical aptitude, be self-motivated, and have the ability to generate new and creative innovationsDisplay attention to detail while handling and producing componentsBe able to collaborate with a team professionally.
