For This Role, You Will Need: Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent. 3-5 years of hands-on machining experience within fast-paced manufacturing settings. Must be able to understand sophisticated manual and CNC machines including vertical and 3-axis milling, lathe/mill combination machines, and engine lathes operations. The ability to read, write, and speak English. Strong organizational skills. Basic math skills. Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship will not be provided). Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Strong teamwork skills with a proven ability to collaborate optimally in dynamic environments. 5+ years of hands-on machining experience within fast-paced manufacturing settings. Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day. Capability to lift at least 20 lbs. to transfer material to a scale or table. Ability to reach into tight spaces within a machine.
