CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator who will report to the Operations Supervisor via the Machining Team Lead, who’ll be tasked with operating various CNC machining equipment. As part of your role, you’ll be a significant contributor to BRP Spruce Pine’s manufacturing operation.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machining
Load materials, monitor performance, and perform quality checks on finished products
Maintain equipment
Meet schedule attainment based on production needs
Adhere to standards to ensure the production of high-quality parts
Follow established safety rules
Identify and follow process sheets
Execution of all 5s and housekeeping duties
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Technically-inclined
Conceptual skills
Inclination to process improvement
Self-motivated
Able to effectively follow written and verbal processes
Preferred:
Previous machining or advanced equipment experience preferred
