Direct Hire position$65,520.00 /annuallySecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm)Direct Manpower on daily repairs or activities based on production requirements.Completion of manpower performance evaluations yearly and provide improvement plans.Responsible for manpower coverage based on vacation and call in.Training to manpower to meet skill levels needed to be able to respond to all equipment issues.Lead by example on all safety related policies and practices (LOTO, Arc Flash ,Confined space and Fall protection).Machining Maintenance Leader Qualifications:
Three or more years of leadership experience working with electrical and mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC’s.Must have the ability to understand electrical ladder circuits as well as motor controls circuits.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
