In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Work with production manager, ensures an in-time, cost effective and efficient production process in the required quality and quantity in compliance with all legal requirements (environment, health and safety) and internal production policies. Participate in the development of short and long-term goals for the organization. Skills of training people (Quality; Safety; CNC; machining; lean manufacturing etc.) Participate in daily production and planning meetings to assist in planning and finish manufacturing order on schedule. To make recommendations on matters related to manufacturing and maintenance operations Work with machining manager to analyses the production process in the area of responsibility related to quality, cost efficiency. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Closely work with production manager, directs and co-ordinates all functions of production maching shop of PFC.
operations at the Associate's degree in manufacturing is a plus. 5 or more years' experience in a machining shop with CNC lathes and milling machines, with 2 year's experience in supervios level. Strong knowledge in programming CNC lathes and milling machines (Software). Good knowledge in CAD preferred.Good English skill is a plus. Experience/Practive with Lean & 6 Sigma.
