Job OverviewPosition: Machinery Maintenance MechanicShift: 2nd Shift | 12-hour shifts (overnight)Location: Casa Grande, AZEmployment Type: Full-time | Temp-to-HireIndustry: Plastics ManufacturingWhat You’ll DoPerform preventative and routine maintenance on injection molding and plastics machineryTroubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsSupport equipment setup, changeovers, and shutdown proceduresMaintain process equipment and ensure proper functionality of controlsDocument work, report issues, and collaborate with team leadsAdhere to safety and food-safe compliance standardsOpportunity to grow into a full maintenance technician role


Work Experience
Preferred ExperienceExperience in plastics manufacturing requiredInjection molding knowledge preferred but not mandatoryStrong mechanical aptitude and multi-craft skills (electrical/mechanical) a plusFamiliarity with hydraulic/pneumatic systemsReliable, safety-focused, and ready to learnAble to commit to a consistent overnight 2nd shift scheduleMust be a team player with a strong work ethic
