**Job Summary** The ISO Machine Technician is responsible for producing high quality commercial roofing products at the Peru Plant through accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of all manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate thrives in environments where safety, quality, service and cost are the highest priorities. The Machine Technician will perform various, rotating duties relating to all manufacturing operations, including Raw Material, Facer Unwind, Platform, Cross Cut, Multi-blade, Downstacker, Hooder, Footer, Foot / Panel saws, and Media blaster. He or she will support the managers and all plant staff to meet Peru's operational goals and perform duties as assigned. Employees will contribute to a highly motivated and positive environment. The Machine Technician reports to the Production Supervisor under the direction of the Lead Technician. The Machine Technician must be familiar with all areas of the foam making process along with any off-line equipment associated with the production line. It is the responsibility of all Technicians to operate in a safe manner, and monitor quality of the product we produce through the use of process specifications, Plant RCN, PCN, and online testing. **Schedule** Candidates must initially have the flexibility to work any assigned shift based on customer demand. Once the need is identified, this position will transition to straight afternoon / evening shift to support increased volume.
