**Aerotek is hiring for Machine Operator's!** **We are in need of multiple 2nd and 3rd shift machine operator's with experience in the plastic injection molding or food manufacturing industry.** **Responsibilities** + **Monitor and explain deviations from expected Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).** + **Perform necessary Operator Checklists and data collection of quality measurements.** + **Correct deviations from quality standards to ensure product specifications are met.** + **Perform maintenance tasks and troubleshoot machine and process issues.** + **Maintain accurate production reporting documentation.** + **Perform scheduled production equipment changeovers with minimal impact on OEE.** + **Manage preventative maintenance tasks using Computerized Maintenance Management Software.** + **Ensure equipment cleanliness and showroom condition post-maintenance.** + **Tag components or parts for repair, replacement, or improvement.** + **Ensure safe and efficient operation of production equipment after changeovers.** **Essential Skills** + **Machine operation and inspection.** + **Preventative and corrective maintenance.** + **Quality inspection and control.** + **Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.** + **Machine setup and adjustments.** + **Ability to use hand and power tools.** + **Forklift and blow mold machine operation.** **Qualified or interested candidates may apply to this posting or contact Sara Rosas at (815-394-5511) for additional information on this position and other openings.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00/yr.
