**Job Description:** _The Paint, Print, Pack Machine Technician 1 – PPP, Hole Saw Paint Line is responsible for PM’s, daily cleaning, and general maintenance of the paint equipment._ **Duties and Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot paint equipment + Repair and replace worn and broken components + Make adjustments to equipment to maximize output + Change out paint guns and gun tips as needed + Replace all cardboard and plastic in booths + Troubleshoot all air pumps and regulators + Monitor all chains for excessive build up and clean/replace as needed + Operate all equipment within the cell + Monitor the lines and assure that each line is operating at 100% + Monitor the Spindles for overspray and clean/replce as needed + Perform other duties as assigned + Maintain a steady work pace + Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area + Practice 5Ss + Train other technicians **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Understand and follow verbal and written instructions + Advanced Mechanical skills **Education and Experience Requirements** + High School or GED diploma + Experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field at MT or similar employer _Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer._ Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
