Responsibilities:
- Accurately set up and operate sheet metal machinery such as CNC Milling Machines, Laser Cutters, Press Brakes, riveters, shears, drill presses, and other equipment.
- Utilize the appropriate tools and jigs to position and process parts for cutting, bending, forming, and rolling.
- Successfully interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and sketches to ensure accurate production within tight tolerances.
- Perform basic layouts and measurements using tools such as calipers, height gauges, sine bars, squares, and tapes.
- Assemble fabricated parts using mechanical fasteners and various hand and power tools.
- Proven ability to maintain adherence to quality and safety standards.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
- Prior experience and / or knowledge of programming Datron CNC Machinery is highly desirable.

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Must be proficient and knowledge in G-code or similar machine programming languages.
- Hands-on experience in a metal shop or precision sheet metal fabrication environment.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and written/verbal instructions.
- Position requires strong mathematical skills, including spatial and dimensional calculations.
- Prior experience with various types of metal, including aluminum and steel.
- Familiarity with both U.S. customary and metric units of measurement.
- Must have the willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be comfortable working in the following working condi8tions: exposure to moderate to high noise levels, exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and metal dust, and be able to work in a fast-paced and safety-conscious manufacturing floor.
- Position requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience working in a programming role in a machine operation and / or metal shop.
