We are hiring immediately for a CNC Router Machine Operator.

What you will be doing as a CNC Router Machine Operator:

You can expect to cut materials to specified shapes and sizes using CNC Routers. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Set up and operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) routers to cut various materialsReview set up sheets, secure materials, and mount the specified router and drill bits while observing machine operations for proper functioningInstall machine control disk while manually adjusting feed and speed manually as neededUtilize DNC software to program and use established programs for machine operationCoordinate with Manufacturing Engineering to coordinate machine operationsSuggest improvements in machine sequencing, feeds, speeds, and parts layoutTool UsageUse hand tools (e.g. shears, ratchets, drills) for work completionOperate moving equipment for staging and other job-related functions

What you need to be successful:

High School education, GED, or a Bronze Level WorkKeys certification is required18 months of routing or directly related fabrication experience, including one year of CNC Machine OperationKnowledge of MOO, M, and G code is helpful
