The Details:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Thurs
3rd Shift: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Mon-Thurs
Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Fri-Sun
(Overtime will be mandatory as needed)
Location: Owatonna, MN
Pay: $19.00-$22.13/HR - Depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Perform simple machine setups and operate various equipment such as manual punch presses, shears, saws, drill presses, timesavers, wash stations, and tumblers.Conduct inspections on parts to ensure they meet mechanical tolerances and engineering specifications.Perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep everything running smoothly.Maintain a clean and organized working environment.Complete all required documentation accurately.

Working hours: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent.Completion of a technical/trade school program in metal fabrication.Ability to read blueprints.Knowledge and use of inspection equipment (calipers, gauges, protractors, tape measure).Working knowledge of metalworking.1 year of experience in a production environment.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude.A solid understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.Ability to accurately read measurements.Proficiency in operating hand tools, gauges, torque wrenches, and other equipment necessary for production.

Working Conditions:

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance.Comfortable with repetitive motion.Work area can be noisy (hearing protection provided and required).
