About the Role:

In this vital position, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of advanced wastewater treatment systems, ensuring our client's compliance with environmental regulations and contributing to sustainable food production. Your expertise, especially with ALAR Corporation's wastewater treatment equipment (e.g., filter presses, dewatering systems), will be key to your success.

What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ALAR wastewater treatment equipment, including pumps, valves, chemical feed systems, and filtration units.Conduct routine checks, collect samples, and perform basic laboratory tests to ensure water quality meets stringent environmental standards.Adjust process parameters and chemical dosages to optimize treatment efficiency.Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure continuous operation.Maintain accurate records of operational data, test results, and maintenance activities.Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Direct experience with ALAR wastewater treatment systems.Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, chemistry, and environmental regulations.Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.Reliable, punctual, and a team player.Wastewater treatment certifications (or willingness to obtain) are a significant plus.Fluency in English, Spanish, or both is welcome!
