Open Shifts:

• Mon-Thu: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• Fri-Sun 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Paid for 40 hours)
• Fri-Sun: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Paid for 40 hours + night shift differential)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating CNC and manual machines, including mills, lathes, grinders, and CMMs
• Producing high-quality parts with close tolerances
• Inspecting finished products using precision measuring instruments
• Performing material handling tasks, rigging, and crane operations
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and NC programs
• Conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues
• Participating in process improvements and cross-training opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CNC machining experience or a machinist/toolmaker program certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, engineering drawings, and precision measuring tools
