What You'll Do as a Baler Machine Operator:

Operate fiber baling equipment to produce high-quality materialsAssist with machine start-up and troubleshootingMonitor bale quality and packaging for accuracyMaintain a clean and organized workspaceWork with team to ensure smooth production

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent6+ months of manufacturing or machine operation experienceAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as neededStrong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a team
