What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:

Operate and monitor automated machinery that feeds, fills, caps, and packages high-performance materialsPerform visual and physical quality checks using tools like micrometers, tape measures (test required), and light metersMaintain safety and cleanliness in your work areaTroubleshoot minor mechanical issues to keep production flowingLog inspection results and production data using basic computer programs (Excel)

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Experience with fast-paced production environmentsBasic English reading, writing, and communication skillsBasic Computer Skills and experience with Microsoft ExcelSkilled with micrometers, tape measures (test required), and light meters for quality checksStrong attention to detail and safety mindsetAbility to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for 10–12 hoursHigh School Diploma or GEDPrevious forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus (not required)
