- $21-$23 per hour to start - depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Operate and monitor coating machines to ensure efficient and accurate product finishing

Prepare materials and ensure proper machine setup, including adjustments to temperature, pressure, and coating flow

Load and unload products into the machine while maintaining speed and safety requirements

Inspect materials for defects before and after coating, ensuring compliance with quality standards

Perform regular cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of coating equipment

Document production data, machine performance, and any issues during the shift

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations

Communicate with supervisors and quality assurance teams about inconsistencies or malfunctions

Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate major concerns to maintenance

Ensure production goals and deadlines are met without compromising quality

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
