Job Description:

Setup, operate and continually load/unload various machines associated with fastener parts. Cleaning, degreasing, heat-treating, and other operations. 

Responsibilities:

Maintain efficient and timely flow of parts into, out of equipment, and through the departmentEnsure parts and identification cards do not become mixedTransport materials throughout the department using powered lift trucks and Manuel methodsMaintain strict safety standards at all timesLoad and unload pans of rivets into and out of rivet cleaning equipmentClean out machines used for tumbling, lubricating, and oil-dripping partsOperate gas and electric heat treat furnacesInput quality control results into the computer systemAccurately weigh and record daily rivet productionPerform other job duties as required
