Job Responsibilities

Operate and maintain fabrication machinery to produce flawless productsFlexibility to perform work where ever neededFollow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure optimal performancePerform quality checks to determine and ensure product specifications are metCollaborate with team members to successfully implement process improvementsTroubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtimeMaintain accurate production records and reports

Requirements

Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is preferredAbility to read and understand technical blueprints and specificationsStrong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality workAbility to learn how to read measuring tools such as calipers, protractors, measuring tape, etc.Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and skill to operate within a motivated teamCapability to operate during the 2nd shift hours (2:00pm to 10:30pm and some manditory overtime)Physical stamina and strength to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods
