What You'll Do as a Leadermac Moulder Machine Operator:

Set up and operate a Leadermac Moulder machine, following safety and production standardsWork closely with maintenance and blade technicians to keep operations smoothFeed, monitor, and stack finished product with precisionMaintain detailed production records and perform daily machine inspectionsTroubleshoot and solve basic equipment issues to prevent downtimeEnsure your work area is clean, organized, and ready to roll

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in manufacturing or CNC machine operation (Leadermac Moulder, preferred)Know how to read a tape measure and follow written/verbal instructions in EnglishAre comfortable bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, and walking for long periodsCan troubleshoot minor machine issues and identify quality defectsHave a safety-first mindset and a strong work ethicCan reliably show up, contribute to the team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
