**Schedule:** Thursday & Friday, (7:00am – 3:00pm), Saturday & Sunday (7:00am– 7:00pm), OT as needed **What you will do:** As a Machine Operator III in our Needle Punch Department, this role involves operating machinery, performing inspections, assisting with maintenance, and working at elevated heights within a fast-paced production environment. + Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs + Assist maintenance teams in troubleshooting, and repairing machinery issues + Adhere to site specific quality systems and processes + Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents + Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed + Train others in operational and/or documentation procedures as needed + Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors. + Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker **What you need:** Required: + High School Diploma or GED + 2+ Years of relevant experience + Ability to climb up 10 feet off the ground.
