What Success Looks Like:

Perform all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE. Follow all safety procedures, rules and guidelines; and notify supervisor/team leader of any existing or potential safety issues. Keep the grinder area neat, clean, and orderly at all times. Mark all containers of re-grind accurately and clearly with material content. Collaborate with process technicians, part sorters to address any quality concerns. Responsible for collecting scrap for up to 49 machines per shift. Grinds scrap by material or color as demand dictates. Fills out inspection and or TPM reports on any equipment as required. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Attention to detail and good organizational abilities is a must. Able to stand on concrete floors for extended periods of time. Must be able to differentiate color and color shades. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Your Credentials:

High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of injection molding machines preferred but not required
