Machine Operator CNC Milling Machines (m/f/t)

Your tasks:

Setup of the machine according to plan, taking into account the drawing index

Determination and provision of the necessary cutting tools and measuring equipment

Checking the materials for compliance with the working papers

Creation of the CNC machining program according to drawing and material

Manual adjustment of difficult parts as well as checking, marking, inserting, clamping and aligning finished workpieces

Manufacture of the raw parts according to working papers and execution of dimensional checks Deburring, marking with production numbers as well as testing of the workpiece as a result of the worker's self-inspection

Completion notification of the workpiece by scanning it at the central PC workstation Independent rectification of minor mechanical faults of the machine as well as electronic fault rectification by arrangement

Clean and lubricate the machine according to specifications

Your profile:

Cutting machine operator: specializing in milling technology

Knowledge of CNC machines

Teamwork skills and resilience

Programming skills with Heidenhain controls are an advantage
