About the role.

As a Batter/Breader Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of all breading and batter equipment to ensure products meet quality standards. This role plays a vital part in product consistency and food safety in a high-paced production environment.

 

Openings.

Nights: 6pm-6am 2-2-3

 

What you’ll be doing.

Operate and monitor batter/breader equipment via touchscreen control stations

Ensure all set points align with product parameter sheets by communicating with the Prime Line Operator, quality control, and supervisors

Calculate batter solids, determine batter pickups and monitor viscosity

Follow quality process standards to ensure consistent product output

Support and participate in continuous improvement efforts

Follow all GMPs, Global BOPs, and safety procedures

Support change management initiatives to improve operations

Perform duties as assigned by Line Leader and Supervisor within safe working practices

Maintain adherence to company standards, food safety, and sanitation practices

 What you’ll need to be successful.

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Proven time management and prioritization skills

Prior manufacturing experience or strong aptitude for manufacturing processes

Good mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills

Experience with sanitation processes and chemical usage

Ability to adapt to schedule changes and shift needs

Demonstrated commitment to safety and safe work habits

Ability to lift 40–50 lbs. regularly and work in high humidity or temperature-variable environments
