We are seeking to Hire a number of Production Workers / Machine Operator Assistants to join their team. Aas  Machine Assistant, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $25.20/hr

What's the Job?

Operate manufacturing equipment such as rewinders, coaters, and forklifts. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and climbing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency. Rotate between 12-hour day and night shifts every two weeks, including every other weekend.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation.(preferred) Training will be provided! Forklift certification or experience preferred. Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled setting (50–95°F). Flexibility to work in various departments as needed.
