Machine Operator
**Adecco Staffing is now hiring a Machine Operator in Hudson! This is a temp to hire position, with full time hours!** **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM **Enjoy a 3-day weekend** **_every_** **week!** **Pay:** $19–$21/hour, depending on experience **Responsibilities:** + Set up machines at the beginning of each shift to ensure proper functioning + Operate and monitor machinery throughout production runs + Perform quality checks on products to ensure standards are met + Measure and inspect materials to verify conformance with specifications + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make minor adjustments as needed + Load raw materials and ensure continuous machine operation + Maintain accurate production and maintenance records + Clean and maintain machines before and after each shift + Follow all safety procedures and company policies + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals **Qualifications:** + Comfortable handling heavy equipment and performing physical tasks (bending, stretching, lifting) + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work instructions + Proficient in reading a tape measure and using basic hand tools + Able to identify and differentiate colors for quality control + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety **Ready to take the next step?
