People • Customers • Trust Starting pay is $26.18/hr, increasing to $27.74/hr after training (Paid weekly + annual bonus) Hours of 3rd shift will be 6:40PM – 5:10AM Monday - Thursday JOB Summary : Operate machines to make high quality recycled cardboard products for Hexacomb in a safe and efficient manner. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES + Follow all safety rules and policies, make suggestions to improve safety and look out for fellow employee’s safety. Work to improve our safety culture. + Set up and run the machine making changes to different inputs to manufacture paper expanded honeycomb (cardboard) from raw materials + Log data into the computer and move product through the system + Assist other departments when needed. + Other duties as assigned. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED. Ability to work 3rd shift 6:40pm to 5:10am. Strong safety background and good attendance record. Good Communication Skills. Must be able to work overtime as needed. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to read at an acceptable level. Must be able to do basic math including multiplication and division.
