Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

We’re looking for reliable Machine Operators to join a respected manufacturer in Newton, NC. If you have strong attention to detail, a steady hand, and a passion for producing quality work, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

Operate automated machines to produce precision parts (shoulders, steps, tapers, threads, and more) in a fast-paced environment

Use calipers and other precision tools to ensure accuracy

Adjust machine speeds and feeds for efficiency and quality

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow safety guidelines and production standards

Assist with other production tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or GED (required)

Ability to read and understand instructions in English

Basic knowledge of machine operations or manufacturing processes
