Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $19/hour

Shift: 11pm - 7am (S-TH)

What's the Job?

Operate metal stamping and plastic nail inserting machinery. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Document production data accurately and timely.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided. Ability to work night shifts from 11pm to 7am. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
