Now Hiring: Machine Operators – Multiple Openings (Bunch, Twist, Jacket)

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We're currently hiring for multiple Machine Operator positions across various departments including Bunch Operator, Twist Operator, and Jacket Operator.

This is a general job posting to attract skilled operators. During the interview process, we’ll walk candidates through each of our open roles and match them with the position that best fits their skills and experience.

What You'll Do:

As a Machine Operator, your role will include tasks such as:

Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure consistent and high-quality outputReading and interpreting job specifications and work instructionsPerforming in-process quality checks to ensure product standards are metTroubleshooting minor mechanical issues and escalating larger problems as neededMaintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiencyFollowing all established safety procedures and protocols at all times

Depending on the department, your responsibilities may also include:

Running bunching or twisting machinery for wire/cable productionApplying protective jacketing to productsConducting setups and changeovers for different product runs

What We're Looking For:

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read and follow instructions, including technical documentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working on your feet and handling physical tasksA strong safety mindset and the ability to work in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
