Now Hiring: Machine Operators **Location:** Largo, FL area **Shifts Available:** + 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday) – $21.45/hour + 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday night – Friday morning) – $22.43/hour **Job Summary:** We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting and a strong commitment to safety and precision. **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up, operate, and monitor machinery used in the production process + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance + Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards + Record production data and maintain accurate documentation + Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures + Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets **Must Have:** + Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment + Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience + Comfortable working in a standing position for extended periods + Willingness to work assigned shift and occasional overtime as needed **Benefits:** + Paid weekly + Competitive hourly pay + Opportunities for growth and advancement + Supportive team environment + Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
