Location: Largo, FL area

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday) – $21.45/hour3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday night – Friday morning) – $22.43/hour

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting and a strong commitment to safety and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor machinery used in the production processPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performanceInspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standardsRecord production data and maintain accurate documentationFollow safety guidelines and standard operating proceduresWork collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Must Have:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentMinimum 1 year of machine operating experienceComfortable working in a standing position for extended periodsWillingness to work assigned shift and occasional overtime as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
