About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating equipment, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that products meet quality standards and production goals are achieved efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Monitor production and inspect products for quality and accuracy

Record and report production data and performance metrics

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Follow all safety rules and standard operating procedures

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma preferred but not required

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform moderate machine operation

Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Preferred Attributes:

Strong coordination, motor skills, and attention to detail

Ability to analyze information and troubleshoot basic issues

Team player with the ability to work independently

Clear communication and willingness to learn

Shift: 2nd Shift 2:30PM-11:00PM

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
