Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the assembly and packaging of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have reliability, flexibility, and efficient machine operation skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Fall River, MA

Pay Range: Night Shift Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday to Wednesday)

What's the Job?

Assist in the manufacturing, assembling, and preparation of products for shipment. Remove plastic components from molding machines or conveyors and visually inspect products for quality. Assemble and package components using heat shrink equipment and prepare boxes for shipping. Maintain output levels consistent with pre-established production standards. Ensure all housekeeping and safety requirements for the work area are met daily.

What's Needed?

12 months of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Able to work 8-12 hour shifts standing. Reliable and punctual with a willingness to work any shift and/or overtime as needed. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic math skills and ability to read Material Safety Data Sheets.
