**We’re hiring 8 Machine Operators in McPherson, KS!** **Pay: $19.50/hour | Weekly Pay | Direct Deposit** **Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Four 10-hour days)** **Benefits: Full benefits through Adecco** Adecco is recruiting for **8 Machine Operator roles** in McPherson, KS for a **6-month assignment** . **What You’ll Do:** · Set-up machines · Locate and identify material for use on job to be performed. · Correctly complete material requisitions. · Produce a completed part to quality standards using appropriate equipment · Accurately enter time and labor reporting daily. · Handle material, tools and equipment manually or with jib crane · Layout, cut and fit parts as required to weld in place. · Fabricate new metal components in accordance with product data sheets and in compliance with all applicable standards of safety and performance. · Solve problems and develop innovative solutions to novel situations that require a fresh approach while still maintaining required standards of safety, stability, and security. · Maintain tools and equipment to a professional standard. Keep workstation clean and orderly to retain a safe and operational work environment. · Coordinate workflow with other members of the team and third-party agents. · Maintain high quality standards as determined by quality and engineering standards. · Manage workflow, meet deadlines, and troubleshoot problems on a daily basis, in addition to fabrication duties. · Employ physical strength and endurance to complete all machining tasks. · Perform additional duties as deemed necessary. **What You’ll Need** + High school diploma or equivalent + 3-5+ years in custom build shop preferred + Ability to read and understand blueprints + Ability to operate a computer to read and input data + Ability to operate hand tools and read measuring devices + Ability to read and interpret 3D prints/schematics to complete standard work + Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English. **Physical Requirements** + Stand and walk for 10 hours per shift + Lift up to 25 lbs. independently or 50 lbs. with assistance + Work in a non-climate-controlled shop floor environment + Steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection required **Apply Now** to join Adecco’s team in McPherson, KS and start earning weekly pay with full benefits! **Pay Details:** $19.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
