Ōnin Staffing is currently seeking skilled and dependable Machine Operators to join a growing production team at a leading plastic manufacturing facility in Chester, VA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth, great pay, and excellent benefits.

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Operate injection molding or other plastic manufacturing machinesLoad materials and remove finished partsConduct visual and manual inspections to ensure product qualityTroubleshoot minor machine issues and notify supervisors of any concernsMaintain production logs and follow work instructionsAdhere to all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area

Required Skills:

Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and a focus on safetyMechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipmentAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periodsDependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethicHigh school diploma or GED preferred
