Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $18.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift (5:45 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Thursday)

What's the Job?

Perform routine set up, operation, and minor maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment. Inspect in-process parts to ensure consistent quality and remove defective products. Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product exceptions. Ensure accurate documentation of all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance records. Demonstrate the ability to follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

What's Needed?

High school diploma with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment preferred. Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team setting. Strong attention to detail and punctuality to ensure production efficiency. Basic proficiency with PCs and the ability to follow simple diagrams and testing procedures. Ability to operate independently within approved process-related documentation.
