Job Title: Machine Operator - Rubber Coatings
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay Range: $17.24 to $17.74
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd
What’s the Job? Set up, operate, and monitor rubber coating machines to apply rubber compounds to various substrates according to production specifications. Inspect coated products for defects such as bubbles, uneven application, or contamination, and make necessary adjustment Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment. [Job Responsibility 2] Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and lean manufacturing
What’s Needed? Machine Operation: Understanding how to start, stop, and adjust rubber coating machines. Quality Control: Inspecting coated products for defects and ensuring they meet specifications. Attention to Detail: Spotting inconsistencies or defects in coated products. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. What’s it in for me?
