Machine Operator

Adecco is recruiting for a **Machine Operator** to work with a client in **Liverpool, NY** . This is a temp-to-hire position, paying $16.50-18/hour depending on experience.
**Summary:**
Responsible for setting up and operating die-cutting and other production equipment in accordance with company quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Set up and operate equipment per instructions and specifications.
+ Read job cards and blueprints to follow proper setup sequence.
+ Adjust controls, inspect materials for defects, and resolve issues.
+ Meet production quotas and delivery deadlines.
+ Use tape measurements and perform basic math (decimals, fractions, conversions).
+ Handle materials, assist with packaging, and support general production tasks.
+ Maintain clean, organized work area; follow safety and company policies.
+ Participate in inventory upkeep and notify manager of supply needs.
+ Support continuous improvement, quality standards, and customer service.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Previous machine operating experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ On-the-job training provided.
**Pay Details:** $16.50 to $18.00 per hour
