Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Newton, NC
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift ( 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) & 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

What You’ll Do:

Operate a single machine to produce precision parts such as shoulders, steps, tapers, and threads

Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure parts meet strict specifications

Adjust machine speeds and feeds for optimal performance

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all safety and operational procedures

Support the team with additional production tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED

Ability to read and follow work instructions in English

Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

Basic understanding of machine operations and manufacturing processes
