Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence.

1 LEAD for each Shift below:

B Shift   D Shift M-Th: 16:00-04:30
M-W: 16:00-04:30   F-Sun: 16:00-04:30
Th-Sun: 16:00-04:30

What's the Job?

Drive operational efficiency to meet scheduled demand while maintaining safety and quality standards. Supervise operators and team captains during production shifts and escalate any issues to management. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Support quality assurance by driving for Right First-Time performance on batch documentation. Engage with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent required; AS or BS degree in a related field preferred. Basic MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
