Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: South Boston, MA

Pay Range: $20  Morning Shift-  $21.50  Night Shift

Shift: 6:00am to 6:30pm and 6:00pm to 6:00am / 4 days work and 3 days off 

What's the Job?

Operate or tend machines to prepare industrial or consumer products for storage or shipment. Ensure quality control by monitoring the production process and making adjustments as necessary. Pack products efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates. English is a Must Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
