What You Will Do:

Perform tasks including laminating, cutting and shaping of materialsPerform maintenance and adjustments on major machinesPerform routine set-up and operates assigned pieces of equipmentWork from simple blueprints, specifications and verbal instructionsEnsure quality in all productsAccurately process necessary transactions related to labor reporting and record keepingCommunicate verbally and/or in writing with othersMaintain a clean and safe work environment Other duties as assigned

Position Details:

Plant location: Elk Grove VillageWork week and shift: Monday to Thursday, 10 hour shiftsCompensation package offered: $21 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a manufacturing environmentNo Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in chemical production Excellent mechanical aptitude with light maintenance experience Problem-solving capabilities to deal with situations involving occasional variables in standardized processes Excellent communication skillsWorking knowledge of the proper use of precision measuring instrumentsExperience with Total Production Management (TPM) environment

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The pay rate for this role is $21.00 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
