Machine Operator

Job Description

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Tasks include wire prep, crimping, tinning, quality control, trimming molds, labeling, and more. The candidate will operate equipment such as the cutting strip machine, labeling machine, and testing machine. Soldering experience is highly valued, and candidates with such experience will undergo a solder test during the interview.

Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude and general labor skills.Experience with cable assembly and production machinery.Eagerness to learn machinery such as the Morgan Press and molding machines.At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Additional Skills & QualificationsWire preparation, crimping, and tinning experience.Proficiency in quality control processes.Experience in trimming molds and labeling.Soldering skills are a significant asset.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This is a production environment that manufactures wires. The company shares a space with other businesses and is expanding within the facility. Initial training is two weeks from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm with one paid 15-minute break and one unpaid 30-minute lunch. Post-training hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, including a half-hour paid break and a half-hour unpaid lunch.
