**Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with experience in injection, transfer, and compression molding. The role involves setting up molds according to instruction sheets, trimming excess flash from molded parts, investigating problems, recommending corrective actions, and performing routine cleansing and maintenance of equipment and tools. **Responsibilities** + Set up molds per instruction sheets as required. + Trim excess flash from molded parts. + Investigate problems and recommend corrective actions. + Perform routine cleansing and maintenance of equipment and tools. + Stand, sit, walk, and use hands/fingers to handle parts, tools, or controls. + Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally. + Lift and move up to 20 pounds frequently and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted. **Essential Skills** + Experience in molding, injection mold, and mold machine operation. + Proficiency in machine operating, assembly, and manufacturing. + Ability to read, understand, and follow process sheets/instructions. + Operate measuring devices such as weigh scale and pyrometer. + Operate material handling equipment such as overhead hoist and pallet jack. + Visually inspect parts for defects and trim and identify parts. + Use and operate pre-heating ovens. + Understand press operation and controls. + Handle extremely hot molds safely. + Locate and store molds properly. + Adhere to safety procedures/regulations. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy immediate access to sick pay and holiday pay once you go full-time, ensuring a supportive work-life balance and financial security. **Work Environment** Work in a dynamic manufacturing warehouse producing custom molding parts, where you will be surrounded by state-of-the-art equipment and a collaborative team atmosphere. **Job Type & Location** This is e position is based out of Burbank, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
