**Job Description:** The Machine Operator 3 is responsible for operating powdercoat (blades) and liquid (holesaw) paint equipment. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Set up, operate, and shut down paint line + Able to work in dust, vapors, etc. + Load/unload paint line with product + Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required + Inspect and verify product according to quality standards + Use paint thickness gauge to verify paint thickness + Hone turnover belt (powder application) + Perform daily Preventative Maintenance (PM) on paint line equipment + Inspect, clean, and change out tips on paint guns + Perform frequent walk-throughs to ensure equipment is operating properly + Change out and add paint as required + Check and clean re-claim hoppers + Maintain production pace and standards + Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area + Practice 5Ss **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Understand and follow verbal and written instructions + Basic math skills + Basic mechanical skills **Education and Experience Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent + 1 year of machine operation experience preferred _Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer._ Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
