Job Description:

AriensCo is seeking a self-starting, motivated Machine Operators to join our team in Brillion, WI. Come and join our growing team!

Starting wage $18 an hour with a $1 increase every 6 months until you hit $20!

4-day work schedule Mon.-Thur. 4:30A-2:30P

THE DAY TO DAY...

Safe operation of machine and tools

Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles

Verify parts are being made correctly with functional gauges/devices

Complete required paperwork (In Process Verification's, production control charts and others as required by work center)

Proper operating techniques that do no cause machine damage and/or excessive tool wear

Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tasks to standard work

Operate machine or tool to standard work

Interpret Blue prints to produce parts to print specification

Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals

Ability to problem solve effectively

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

Ability to communicate effectively

Working knowledge of Blue Print reading

Capable of performing multiple fabrication processes adhering to standard work

Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day

Must be able to use hands to position parts in place

Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies

Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment

Ability to work as part of a team
