**Job Title: Machine Operator (Analog/Non-CNC)** **Location:** Sumner, WA **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM **Pay Rate:** $ 26.00/hr **Job Type:** Full-Time Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturer of concrete accessories in Sumner, WA to hire a **Machine Operator** for a specialized **non-CNC (analog)** machine used in metal product production processes. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in **metal fabrication** and a strong understanding of **mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems** . If you enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced, production-driven environment, this role could be a perfect fit. **Responsibilities:** + Operate and maintain a specialized analog machine to manufacture concrete snap ties + Load raw materials such as steel rods and wire coils into the machine + Monitor production and inspect parts for quality and accuracy + Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed + Use precision tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications + Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area **Qualifications:** + Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in metal fabrication + Strong working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems + Skilled in using hand tools and reading technical manuals or blueprints + Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving + Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods + Team-oriented with strong communication skills **Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
