Job Description
As a Brake Operator, you will operate shear and brake press machines, ensuring precision and attention to detail. You should be mechanically inclined and capable of reading a tape measure accurately. Experience in operating a shear or brake press is preferred, and a willingness to learn is essential.
ResponsibilitiesOperate shear and brake press machines efficiently.Read and interpret shop drawings accurately.Measure and cut materials to specifications using a tape measure.Understand and apply tolerances in fabrication processes.Change dies on machines as required.Locate materials in the facility and stock area.Essential SkillsAbility to read a tape measure accurately.Mechanical inclination and understanding of fabrication processes.Experience in operating shear and brake press machines.Schedule

7:30AM-4:00PM
Pay
$18-20 hr. based on experience level.
Work Environment
You will work in an industrial, open-air environment that is non-climate controlled. Although you will be exposed to heat, the workspace is covered with open walls, providing shade.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
